1. Pre-job site assessment
Walk the property before unloading. Identify irrigation heads, pet areas, edible gardens, water features.

4. Mowing — perimeter pass first

5. Mowing — interior rows
Mow in straight parallel rows or rotational pattern per client preference. Overlap passes by 2–3 inches to avoid missed strips.

6. Edging — beds, walks, and curbs
Edge all bed borders, sidewalks, driveways, and curbs. Blow clippings back onto lawn or into bags — never into street drains.

7. Fertilizer/granule application (if applicable)
