Flosop (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our AI-powered SOP generator at flosop.madethis.app. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: Your email address when you sign up and any profile information you provide.
SOP content: Voice recordings, typed text, and the resulting workflows and flowcharts you create using the Service.
Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited, features used, and credit consumption.
Payment data: Purchase history and transaction records. We do not store full payment card details — those are handled by our payment processor.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Flosop:

OpenAI

Used to process your voice recordings and text descriptions to generate SOP content. When you create a SOP, your input (voice transcript or typed notes) is sent to OpenAI’s API. This content may be processed by OpenAI per their Privacy Policy. We use API access, which means your data is not used to train OpenAI’s models by default.

Convex

Our backend database and real-time infrastructure. Your account data, SOPs, and usage records are stored on Convex’s platform. See their Privacy Policy.

Stripe / MadeThis

Payments are processed through MadeThis (powered by Stripe). When you purchase a credit pack, your payment information is handled by these processors, not stored directly by Flosop. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

PostHog (Analytics)

We use PostHog for basic product analytics — understanding which features are used and how users navigate the app. No personally identifiable information is used for advertising.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for essential functionality (keeping you logged in) and basic analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect how the Service functions.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and SOPs for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Export your SOP content at any time from the app
