Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flosop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Flosop is an AI-powered SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) generator. Users can record voice descriptions or input text to generate step-by-step workflow charts and process documentation. The Service includes tools for editing, branding, and exporting SOPs as PDFs or images.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current account information

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Credits

Flosop uses a credit-based system. Each credit allows you to generate one SOP. The free tier includes 1 credit upon signup. Additional credits are available for purchase in packs.

• No refunds on used credits. Once a credit has been consumed to generate a SOP, it is non-refundable.
• Unused credits are non-transferable. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• All purchases are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of the SOP content you create using the Service. By using Flosop, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.

Our platform: Flosop and all associated software, design, trademarks, and technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flosop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at team@flosop.madethis.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination unless required otherwise by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
